Easter Deviled Eggs

Here's a festive twist on the yummiest deviled eggs. Colour the eggs in Easter colours and they will be perfect for when the family comes over for the holiday.

Easter Deviled Eggs

10 ~ hard boiled eggs

1/2 cup ~ mayonnaise
Food colouring

Cider vinegar

Ground Paprika

1.  Put the eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, turn down the heat to low, cover  and simmer for 15 minutes.  After 15 minutes, cool the eggs with running cold water.  Peel the eggs then cut them in half.  Put the yolks in a separate bowl

2.  In separate glasses, make up different colours just as you would easter egg dye. A teaspoonful of cider vinegar in each glass helps. Use 3 drops of food coloring in each glass.  Add an egg to each colour until they turn a pastel shade. Place them on a paper towel to dry.

3.  Mash the yolks with a fork until crumbly. Add mayonnaise and mix.  If you like, add any extra ingredients that you normally used for deviled eggs, mustard, black pepper, chives etc.

4.  Fill a piping back with yolk mixture and fill each egg half decoratively. Sprinkle each egg with paprika.

Voila!
